Our 14-day money-back guarantee

Every purchase from Business in Brief, a trading name of MILLIONAIRE GROUP LLC, comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with a product for any reason, ask for a refund within 14 days of the date you bought it and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

Fill in the form on our Refund Request page, or email support@businessinbrief.com from the address you used to buy. Please include your order number or the email address on the order so we can find it quickly.

When your money arrives

Refunds go back to the original payment method in full, including any tax you paid. We process them through our payment provider, Stripe. Once we have issued the refund it usually appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

What happens after a refund

A refund ends your licence to the refunded products. Your access to them in your account is removed, and you agree to delete any copies you have downloaded, printed or stored, and not to keep using them.

When we may refuse a refund

Our guarantee is there for honest buyers. We may refuse a refund where there is clear abuse, for example repeated buying and refunding of the same or similar products, refund requests made after sharing or redistributing a product, or orders placed with payment details that do not belong to the buyer. This does not affect any refund you are entitled to by law.

If you live in the EU or the UK

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases. For digital content delivered by download, that right ends once the download starts, if you asked for immediate delivery and agreed that you would lose the right. Our 14-day money-back guarantee applies anyway, so you can still get a full refund within 14 days of purchase as described above.

Delivery problems
